Only 5 days.....

This Christmas craziness is starting to get to me. Duncan has my present under the tree and I'm not a peaker, but I can't stand it. I absolutely cannot wait until Christmas. I hope he likes his presents! :) All the presents are wrapped, I just have to find a way to arrange them under the tree so they look all cute and stuff.

My house still isn't clean. I'm definitely going to jump on this task first thing Saturday morning. I've got floors to scrub, a bathroom to make smell like Clorox, and dust bunnies to vacuum!

I'm supposed to go to my dads company Christmas party tonight. I'm not going. I miss my boyfriend so much, it's insane! We went to dinner last night with my parents, my brother, Karrie, Pam and Corey. It was nice to get together with everyone, but I was in a mood. Duncan's ex-girlfriend who was long gone before me reared her ugly head yesterday. She had the guts to call him at work and proclaim her love for him. Then, she requested me to be her friend on MySpace, to which I denied and immediately blocked her from contacting me. It gave me an uneasy feeling, even though he told me about her calling. I was in this sappy, do you still like me mood all evening. After dinner he went home and I went to my house. It wasn't long before I was calling him and before you know it I was in my car on the way to his house. We're not fighting or anything like that, I guess I just needed re-assurance.

We were supposed to go to the Christmas party tonight as a couple, however, he doesn't really know anyone and being the shy person he is- has decided against going. I'm alright with that, but I don't want to go without him. He didn't seem to understand that at first, but after I explained to him that I wouldn't have fun without him he agreed, and now we're going to spend some time together tonight.

This week at work continues to be boring. I'm counting down until 5 O'clock as I type this post. I really wish I had Thursday off, and I could probably get it off- but I'm going to be a big girl and work until Thursday at 5, then I'm off for 11 days, which is 7 working days! Woo hoo!
