I should be sleeping

...but I'm blogging.

My weekend was nice and quiet. I've been feeling much better, which made for a much better weekend. Plus, out satellite television provider offered free Starz movies this weekend, and I took advantage of it!

Friday night I watched a movie with Scott and Karrie and was home in bed by 10. Saturday was a busy day. We went to visit one of Mom's friends and did some shopping, then Karrie and I worked on getting all her wedding pictures sorted and put in frames and albums. We went to dinner with some friends on Saturday night and did some shopping.

Then today, Sunday, we slept late and went to lunch and ran some errands. We all got together tonight at Mom and Dad's house for dinner and watched the race. I carved my pumpkin! After I finished my pumpkin carving, I decided that I wanted to go to my favorite store (think red bulls eye!) and look for some shoes for work. I didn't find any shoes, but I got some nice pants on clearance and some low calorie snacks for work this week. Karrie returned gifts that she received duplicates of, and we stopped by my favorite coffee shop for some Pumpkin Spice frappuchino. I rarely ever leave the house after 5 on a Sunday night, but I was itching to do some shopping.

I stayed up late last night and watched the movie Pursuit of Happyness, it's the 3rd time I've watched it and I still like it. While I was watching the movie I got my room cleaned and dusted, which it was desperately needing. Mom helped me a lot today by doing all my laundry and putting it away, then she vacuumed my room - which I hate doing, so it was really nice!

This should be a good week at work, nothing too stressful going on and all the important people will be out of the office! :)

Well, I'm going to lay in bed and watch some television. I'm watching this show on CM*T and it's about Bill Engvall rescuing people who live in run down trailers and re-doing their homes. It's hilarious because the people who live in these trailers really don't have any idea about people who live in houses and the amenities houses have versus trailers. I've known people who live in trailers, heck my parents lived in a trailer the first 5 years they were married, before they had kids - but I don't think any of them thought it was OK to fix a shower door with duct tape!

I'm off to bed!
