Hair....

I'm having major hair issues. I have a love/hate relationship with my hair.

I love my natural curls and the fact that it will do anything I want it to. But I hate that I can't get used to it being long. I had short hair because it was easy to do, but I didn't like the way it looked on me. When Scott and Karrie announced their engagement, I let my hair grow. That was in December last year. It's past my shoulders now, when it was about even with my ears.

I keep telling myself I can wait this out and let it grow. It will be cold soon enough and I won't even notice the length once winter sets in. Today was an especially aggravating day. I wore it down and missed the bus to my class so I had to walk clear across campus. I missed the bus coming back, so I had to do the walk again. It's 87 outside, I was sweating and my hair was sticking to my neck.

Everyone tells me that they like my hair long and I do too, but I don't know how much longer I can last.
