Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey Y'all- Happy Thanksgiving!

So, I want to update you on my day off yesterday. I got quite a bit done yesteray. I got everything on my list done up until 'Finish Statistics Chapter 6'. I finished the homework and took an online test, but then it was time to go to class. I ended up meeting Duncan for lunch yesterday, which was very nice. We don't usually get much alone time together, there are usually other people around. Since I'm going to his house for Thanksgiving today, I didn't want to come empty handed so I baked 3 pies yesteray. (And I didn't burn the house down). I made Pumpkin, Pecan, and Apple. Yum! My last pie was coming out of the oven at 5 and it was time to leave for school. I was only there 45 minutes and Duncan called to tell me he missed me. What's a girl to do? That never happens to me! I left, stopped at McDonalds and picked up some dinner and went to his house. (I missed him too) We ended up going to visit some friends of ours, then picking up the pies and taking them to his house. It was nice to spend even more time together.

Of course, I couldn't sleep in this moring. My body wants me up at the crack of dawn every morining for some reason. I got up by 9 and started watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade, and I realized I should make my hair pretty so that I look cute in all the pictures today. So, I hopped in the shower and started heating up the hot rollers. The end result....

In this picture it still needs a little work, the bangs especially. I'm not wearing make up either. (See my pretty Christmas tree?) Now, I'm patiently waiting for my laundry to dry, getting dressed, then heading to Duncans! It's going to be weird not seeing Michaels family on Thanksgiving, but it's a welcome change. :)
